Observe how vertical lines sheer prominently. I would like you to try to do the following to 33 fix your issue, but first check your raw Fraps video file and make sure it doesn’t have those odd pixeled noise, you know just in case.

That would explain why I’m getting this issue of video showing max resolution of p when it’s already being fully processed and showed p earlier. If source file is fine then try to re installing K-Lite Codec Pack.
YouTube clearly doesn’t like something in your video rendering settings. Bohemia added a subscriber: It is possible that because you have uploaded your video at x or some other resolution higher than x, that YouTube will only show the video in best quality when you view the video with Original quality setting.

Even if you don’t wish to use the “Original 2K ” quality, its p version still looks better than pure x video file quality. However, if you play the video in Original quality then this “pixeled noise” or whatever you are meant to call it doesn’t happen.

I am going to guess that the problem stems from people rendering and uploading in solely WMV? You are just wasting your rendering time and bandwidth for no reason.
